Delivery and refunds

Every Pawsport trip is a digital itinerary. Nothing is shipped. Your itinerary arrives by email right after checkout and is saved in your account.

• Self-Guided: you get the itinerary with booking links at partner rates and book each stop yourself.
• Concierge (+$99): our team books every hotel, table and activity and confirms within 2 business days.
• Refunds: a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not traveled.
• The Pawsport Promise: if any place in your itinerary turns your pet away, we refund the trip in full.

Privacy

We use your pet profile only to plan your trips. We share booking details with a hotel, airline or partner only when you book through your itinerary. We never sell your data. Payments run through an SSL-encrypted checkout, and we do not store card numbers.
